Builders pay our Realtors.. then we Pay YOU!
When you arrive at any home builder office simply write in that you have a Real Estate agent (Patterson Properties) and our phone number. When you have found a property you would like to purchase; please contact us immediately as we will then contact the builder as your representative.
There is no easier way to get paid when you buy a new home. We simply split our commission with you.
When a builder pays us 3% we keep only 1% and pay you the remaining 2% upon closing. (which is when we are paid)
Sample: $200,000 home pays you $4,000 at closing, and so on.....
